Strange goings-on in the night

Mum and Dad do seem pleased with me when I stay asleep for along time. To see just how happy I can make them, I've stayed asleep for nine hours a few times now, and they seem to think I'm very clever. I can't see what's so clever about it - it's not like I'm doing anything.

But there is something strange going on: every night Mummy carefully places my in my cot with my feet at the bottom for some reason (I think she must have read it in a book somewhere). It's very cosy.
The funny thing is, when I wake up in the morning I find myself right at the other end with my head pushing on the wooden bars. Does she move me in the night?

Hello Ainsworth! Adrian here.

Thank you for visiting my blog! Yours is great, too. My mom likes the name Ainsworth. And she likes British things, too. My dad is from Portsmouth! She says she's sad I probably won't grow up with the cute accent. In fact, I was named (in part) after Adrian Mole, if you've read that book.

I had my first taste of food—sweet potato—a bit before 5 months old, since I was huge and hungry and showing some of the signs of readiness (and mom hoped if I was eating a bit of solids at daycare, it would make up for the shortfall of pumped milk). Unfortunately, my taste buds were not ready and I hated the tastes of food my parents offered! It wasn't until I was almost 7 months that I started liking things.

Of course, like you, mommy's milk is still the favorite. :)
